Ride Rules  
-Obey all traffic laws
                  - red lights
                  -  stop signs
                  -  single file where required and two abreast at max
-Follow Group Captain instructions
-Break Downs / Injuries
If someone gets hurt or has a bike break down, all members need to make sure they are in a safe place to assist and that the injured/broken down person is safely out of traffic.

  Ride Leader Responsibilities:
-Be there early
-Introduce yourself to the group 
-Review policies and rules of the road
-Assign group captains to lead groups
-Review routes based on time of day/weather/sun/road
-Get rides off on time
-review club policies relative to rules of the road

 Group Captain Responsibilities:
-Introduce yourself to the group
-Responsible for the individual riders who are in their ride     
-Review goals of that days ride they are leading:                                            recovery/interval training/burn?
- Review pace line: rotation methods
-Review routes based on time of day/weather/sun/road
-Police people that are not adhering to rules of the ride
-Divide up group so that individual pace group size to be no larger than 12
